From leaf to root, from nose to tail! The restaurant of the internationally renowned photography museum Fotografiska offers you a sustainable culinary experience with fresh local products, good honest flavours, and an environment-conscious attitude. The restaurant is situated on the last floor of the art centre with amazing views of the city. 

The zero-waste restaurant’s concept is based on the food and beverage philosophy of Sustainable Pleasure developed by the Swedish master-chef Paul Svensson, that focuses on serving good-tasting food while doing good for the world. 

The restaurant’s culinary lead is Peeter Pihel, an Estonian chef with ample in Estonia, Sweden, and France, including in such top-level restaurants as Bloom in the Park in Malmö, Fäviken Magasinet in Järpen, and Fulgurances in Paris.

I have visited Fotografiska Tallinn several times, different exhibitions have been all very interesting. There is possible to take also guided tour, once we took it and it was quite informative... Read more
