A private and elegant restaurant within the restaurant NOA, Noa Chef’s Hall is a true gourmet institution known for the quality of its cuisine and prime views on the Tallinn bay.
 
The hall seats 45 people and offers nine- to eleven-course dining menus, composed and prepared by the restaurant’s star chefs in their open kitchen.
