Did you ever hear the urban legend about the Japanese chef, who came to Tallinn and invited Estonians to his apartment, where he would cook authentic and fantastically tasty Japanese ramen in his spare time? This was how the Washoku Restaurant began, and 3 years and 4000 friends later head chef Hide opened his own restaurant, much to the delight of the legions of fans demanding more of this amazing traditional Japanese soup. A firm favourite!
