Vapiano means ‘take it easy’ in Italian and it is the trademark of the so-called ‘Fresh Casual Food’ restaurant chain which was established in Germany in 2002. By today, it has vigorously expanded to Europe and America. The menu of Vapiano is based on simple and genuine Italian cuisine: pizzas, pastas, salads, plus antipasti, i.e. appetisers, and dolci, i.e. desserts. Upon a respective wish, the dishes can also be made right in front of your eyes.
