VisitTallinn launched social media campaign on February 14 with the main prize as a trip to romantic spring-time Tallinn for two. Simply fill in the brief form and try your luck! 

Walks along the historic cobbled streets of the Old Town, a relaxing afternoon in a spa, Kadriorg park in bloom, the caressing rays of the spring sun and a candlelit dinner – such experiences will touch anyone, even the least romantic amongst us. If you wish to offer your loved one a unique experience, take part in our VisitTallinn campaign and win a romantic holiday for two to Tallinn in spring bloom!

The campaign lasts from February 14 to March 6 with the winner being announced on March 7.

To take part fill in this form, state your full name, choose the town from where you want to fly out to Tallinn and cross your fingers for winning the main prize. 

The campaign prize includes:

-  transport (plane, train or ferry tickets) to Tallinn and back;
-  two nights at the 5-star Hotel Telegraaf located in Tallinn’s Old Town. Accommodation will include a delicious breakfast at Restaurant Tchaikovsky and entry to the luxurious Elemis SPA;
-  a three-course romantic dinner at Mon Repos restaurant located in the 300-year-old Kadriorg Park (the value of the dinner voucher is 90 eur);
-  two 48-hour Tallinn Cards giving you free entry to more than 40 of Tallinn's best museums and sights and unlimited use of public transport;

Meet the Tallinn Convention Bureau at international marketing events

Tallinn Convention Bureau (TCB) is taking part in 11 international business tourism workshops and fairs in 2017.

The end of the year is approaching and Tallinn Convention Bureau would like to share their news: renewing brochures, new venues and marketing events.  

Baltic for Events Forum II edition will be taking place in Tallinn at NO99 theatre, April 19-20. 

Early bird prices are valid until February 12, 2018.

Tallinn Convention Bureau in the first half-year

Tallinn Convention Bureau (TCB) is taking part in 10 international business tourism workshops and fairs in 2018 in order to promote the conference and incentive tourism opportunities that Tallinn provides. Renewed brochures released in March.    

Successful conventions and conference ambassadors of Tallinn were acknowledged. In 2017, more than 3,200 conference events took place in Tallinn.

Tallinn Convention Bureau participated for the sixth time at the business tourism fair Convene in Vilnius and hosted a post-FAM tour to Tallinn.

Baltic for Events is coming – what to expect?

The II Edition of the Baltic for Events Forum (BFEF) will be taking place in Tallinn at NO99 Theatre, April 19-20. Baltic for Events Forum is the biggest meeting for event professionals in the region.    

Tallinn makes a big leap in the list of world conference destinations

Last year, 46 conferences that met the ICCA criteria* were held in Tallinn. There has been 100% increase in the number of events compared to 2016, when Tallinn was in 111th place with 23 conferences held.     

Annual ECM Meetings Statistics Report was published

The annual statistical report of 2017 by European Cities Marketing (ECM) shows that European cities remain popular conference destinations. The report includes the events of international and local associations, and both corporate and non-corporate segment of the Meetings Industry.

The Tallinn Convention Bureau has compiled a new brochure, Meetings & Incentives, promoting Tallinn as an international meetings and incentive destination.

Visit Tallinn’s Meeting Planner is a great tool when searching for suitable venues, service providers or incentive ideas for your event in Tallinn or its surroundings.    

Tallinn Convention Bureau is participating in six international business tourism events in the first half of 2019.    

According to Kongres Magazine Tallinn is among the best five meeting destinations.

Since 2010, the Kongres Magazine has been presenting the most interesting meeting destinations to international meeting planners. Tallinn placed in the TOP 5 both in the L-category meeting destinations and in the “Best in New Europe” category. 

Aivar Riisalu, Deputy Mayor of Tallinn, along with the Estonian Convention Bureau and the Tallinn Convention Bureau, acknowledged the conference ambassadors of Tallinn and the successful conferences of 2018.

Tallinn is an inspiring event location for associations and professional unions

From April 7–9, Tallinn Convention Bureau participated at the Associations World Congress & Expo in Gothenburg, Sweden. During the event, about 200 delegates had the opportunity to meet with representatives of destinations and companies.

Tallinn’s reputation as a popular conference destination is growing steadily, as the city continues to offer numerous and varied opportunities for event organisers.

Tallinn - the best meeting destination in the Baltics for associations

The 2018 International Congress and Convention Association (ICCA) rankings have been released, and Tallinn is ranked 49th among 1600 cities, passing such cities as New York and Reykjavik.

Tallinn among the best conference destinations

According to Kongres, an European meetings industry magazine, Tallinn is among the three best meeting destinations.

Since 2010, the Kongres Magazine has been presenting the most interesting meeting destinations to international meeting planners. This year, Tallinn placed in the top three in the L-category meeting destinations.

The 2019 L-destinations are cities that can host up to 2000 conference attendees. Tallinn placed 3rd, closely following Zagreb and Ljubljana.

Tallinn has been highlighted as the "singing and skyping destination".

In 2018, Kongres Magazine also listed destinations in the "Best in New Europe" category, where Tallinn placed 5th.

Noblessner Foundry 

One of the largest historical industrial buildings in Noblessner will be reopened in October. The Foundry will house the PROTO invention factory and additional rooms suitable for all types of events.

Teras Beach 

Teras Beach is an exciting venue for organising different events. This is an indoor beach arena with an indoor temperature of 26 degrees Celsius, Portuguese white dust-free sand and 1600 square metres of space.

Okupatsioonide ja vabaduse muuseum Vabamu 

Vabamu Museum of Occupations and Freedom invites visitors to take a narrative journey through Estonia’s recent past, telling the story about human values and the role that people and their choices play in maintaining freedom. Vabamu offers three rooms for events, the largest can host up to 150 people.

GoRail

Go Rail offers the opportunity to host a unique and memorable event in a diesel train. The selection consist of railcars, retro carriage, restaurant carriage and a disco carriage.
