The City of Tallinn offers several ways to assist and support event organisers.

• City of Tallinn international conference support grant is intended to boost Tallinn’s economy and competitiveness through the hosting of international conferences, support scientific development and thereby enhance Tallinn’s international visibility and reputation.
• International conferences can apply for free public transportation for delegates. Tallinn’s public transportation system is convenient and extensive. This benefit helps organisers keep costs down while spreading guests throughout the city, allowing them to explore the surrounding area.
• Various free downloadable marketing materials make it easier for organisers to showcase Tallinn as an ideal destination for business tourism events.
• When organising events and creating visual content in Tallinn, keep in mind that the city has public order regulations and certain activities require a separate permit.
