Terveyttä täynnä olevan ruoan ei tarvitse olla mautonta ja tylsää. Yrttien ja mausteiden taidokas käyttö antaa hyvin suuhun sopivan tuloksen. Joten pääasianamme on ylitsevuotava, rehellinen, kotoinen ja terveellinen ruoka, joka on pääasiallisesta kasvisperäisyydestään huolimatta täyttävää myös pohjoismaisilla leveysasteilla.
