Keskiaikainen ravintola Olde Hansa on rikkaan kauppiaan koti, jossa vieraat voivat nauttia hansa-ajan kokkimestarien esikuvan mukaan valmistetuista herkullisista ruoista ja yrttijuomista, aikakauden musiikista ja ystävällisestä palvelusta. Kaikki ruokalistalla olevat ruoat, joiden joukossa on runsaasti villieläinten lihasta valmistettuja herkkuja, on valmistettu noudattamalla 1400-luvun reseptejä ja valmistustapoja. Joka ilta – paitsi maanantaisin – keskiaikaiset muusikot soittavat lystikkäitä sävelmiä.

Nice medieval lunch

A great experience - far better than expected
