Dieses Einkaufs- und Unterhaltungszentrum mit einer ungewöhnlichen Geschichte befindet sich in einer ehemaligen Munitionsfabrik in Nordtallinn. Das Fabrikgebäude (das bis vor Kurzem nicht zugänglich war) beherbergt nun 30 Läden und Serviceanbieter sowie ca. 10 Cafés und Restaurants in unterschiedlichem Stil.
