RØST Bakery (leipomo)
RØST [röst] on skandinaavistyylinen pieni leipomo Tallinnan sydämessä historiallisessa Nisuveskin rakennuksessa. Siellä valmistetaan syvän makuisia luonnolliseen juureen tehtyjä sourdough-leipiä, herkullisia ja mielenkiintoisia sandwicheja ja leivonnaisia jokaiseen makuun.
Lisäksi tarjotaan kahvijuomia pavuista, jotka tulevat parhailta pienpaahtimoilta sekä Virosta että muualta.
Viesti hyvästä paikasta on levinnyt erittäin nopeasti ja pieni leipomo on usein niin täynnä ihmisiä, että joskus on tyydyttävä vain tuoksuun, koska ahnaat suut ovat syöneet kaiken sen, mitä uunista on lämpimänä tullut.

Excellent pastries
tripadvisor rating 5 of 5Busy at lunch and not many seats if you want to eat in. Coffee good but pastry was excellent. Highly recommend if you’re visiting Viru hotel or pop art museum as close and convenient for both
