Patkulin näköalatasanne
Patkulin näköalatasanne on osa Tallinnan vanhinta aluetta. Tasanteelta avautuu satumainen näkymä kaupunginmuurille, Tallinnan torneille ja satamaan.
Patkulin portaat rakennettiin vuonna 1903, portaissa on 157 askelmaa ja ne yhdistävät Toompean alakaupunkiin. Portaat laskeutuvat Tuomiopuistoon, Snellin lammen luo.
Starting from March 18th, Patkuli Stairs will be closed for reconstruction works, which are expected to last until approximately September 1st.

Sunny Day Views
tripadvisor rating 4 of 5If you climb up the hill, this is a good view point, good place to see the old town, all the red rooftops, and the big harbor with the ferry ships. Good on a sunny day.
