    Arsenal Centre

    A shopping/leisure centre with an unusual history, located in a former munitions factory in Northern Tallinn. The factory building (which was off-limits to the public until quite recently) now houses over 30 shops and services as well as approximately 10 cafes and restaurants of various styles.

      Definitely not worth of visiting. Most of the stores are empty and those which are open have very high prices - not what you would expect from outlet
