    Kai Art Center

    Kai Art Center is located in the Noblessner Seafront Quarter, overlooking the Tallinn Bay. The century-old former submarine factory hosts exciting art exhibitions, movie screenings and much more.  

    In addition to the exhibition spaces and cinema, Kai houses bars and restaurants, a shared office for cultural organisations, and rooms for an international art residency programme.

    Kai Art Center aims to bring contemporary art closer to the public by uniting artists, culture professionals, aficionados and guests under one roof.

    Entrance is free with Tallinn Card.
