    Marzipan room of Café Maiasmokk

In the Marzipan room we offer the possibility to learn about marzipan and the fascinating history of the café via audioguide, view the exhibition of marzipan figures as well as explore candy boxes from the Stude period. The story of the oldest café in Tallinn (and probably in the whole Estonia), which has been continuously operating ever since, began in 1864. In the Marzipan room you can follow the art of marzipan painting and explore our history wall. We sell both marzipan figures made and painted on the spot as well as delicious handmade assorted sweets and chocolates. You are welcome!

just few steps from the main square in Tallinn, a charming old coffee house with really good cakes, and a special "marzipan room". Whatever you buy in the latter will be very expensive, but one wall... Read more comments
