Restaurant NOA
NOA is the first Estonian restaurant to bring the latest food trends to Tallinn locals. Our dishes are made with seasonal and fresh ingredients, and we always make sure they look impressive. In addition, we are the only restaurant in Tallinn that has an aquarium, which we use for our own seafood.
NOA also offers some competition for the best cocktail bars in Estonia. The list of signature cocktails is long here and several of them have already won an international award.
Large windows with sea views and a cozy terrace await you so you can enjoy both the sunset and the wonderful view of the Tallinn skyline.

Lovely on the Tallinn coast
