Restorani Härg eesmärk on pakkuda parima kvaliteediga steike, madalal kuumusel küpsetatud liha, hõrgutavaid grillroogasid.
Tähtsal kohal on parimad veinid, veinikaart on eriti lai – enamus Coravin-meetodil. Kasutame ainult väga kvaliteetset toorainet maailma parimatest farmidest. Suur rõhk on ehtsal tulel – road grillitakse otse süte kohal ja sees, firmaroog on Enn Tobrelutsu kuulus söesteik ehk dirty steak.
Lisaks parimale toidule loovad suurepärase meeleolu õdus miljöö, hea muusika, tõeliselt stiilne interjöör ja sisehoov.
