    RestoranidRahvusvaheline ja fusion
    180° on kahe Michelini tärniga pärjatud Matthias Dietheri ja tema pühendunud meeskonna looming. "Toit, mida valmistame, peab kõnelema iseenda eest. See tähendab, et tõeline staar on tooraine ise ilma liigsete lisadeta," kirjeldab Matthias oma põhimõtteid. Ajaloolises Noblessneri sadamas asuva lummava merevaatega fine dining restorani avatud köök ja elegantne menüü pakuvad lisaks maitseelamustele ka visuaalset naudingut. 10-kohalises ühislauas serveeritakse 6-käiguline menüü, mille käigus näeb lähedalt ka kogu toiduvalmistamist. Individuaalsetes laudades saab valida 4-6-käigulise menüü vahel.
