Restoran Koyo
Koyo restoran on nime saanud Jaapani sõnast kouyou, mis tähistab sügiseste lehtede värvimuutust – sümbol looduse rütmist ja pidevast muutumisest. See peegeldub kogu restorani olemuses. Koyo on intiimne restoran, kus iga roog sünnib otse külalise silme all, koka käe all.
Menüü koosneb 14 käigust, mille peakokk seab kokku iga päev vastavalt parimale hooajalisele toorainele. Tulemuseks on kordumatu elamus, mida kannab Jaapani külalislahkuse filosoofia omotenashi – tähelepanelikkus igas detailis ja siiras hool külalise heaolu eest.
