Bruxx - New Belgian on luksuslik, kuid väga hubane restoran Rotermanni kvartalis. Restoranis on võimalik saada maitseelamusi, mis peegeldavad Belgiat kõige otsesemas mõttes. Nüüdisaegne belgia köök on kombinatsioon traditsioonilistest roogadest ja uutest hoiakutest.
