Maa-alusel korrusel on supermarket, spordiklubi ning erinevad teenused, esimesel korrusel asuvad suur kala- ja lihasaal, juurvilja tänav ning mitmekülgne tänavatoidu ala ligi 20 erineva söögikohaga. Teine korrus on pühendatud peaasjalikult taaskasutusele, rõivastele, olmekaubale, antiigile ja vanavarale.
