Restorani autoriköögi menüüst võib leida nii mõõkkala kui makrelli, aga kindlasti ka kohalikku peeti ja värsket kapsast. Miks mitte ka harknääret? Peakokad peavad eriliseks tõmbenumbriks liha picanha, mida valmistatakse Green Egg grilli sütel ca 350° juures.
