Keskaegne restoran Olde Hansa on rikaste kaupmeeste kodu, kus külalised saavad nautida hansaaegsete köögimeistrite kombel valmistatud hõrke roogi ja ürdijooke, ajastukohast muusikat ja sõbralikku teenindust. Kõik söögikaardil olevad toidud, mille hulgas leidub rohkelt metsloomalihast hõrgutisi, on keedetud-küpsetatud 15. sajandi retsepte ja valmistusviise järgides.
