Смотровая платформа Паткуля - частица древнейшей зоны Таллинна. С платформы открывается сказочный вид на городскую стену, таллиннские башни и гавань.
Лестница Паткуля построена в 1903 году, она состоит из 157 ступеней и соединяет Тоомпеа с нижним городом. Лестница ведет в Тоомпарк, расположенный около пруда Шнелли.
