Kaks Kokka is a younger brother of Restaurant Ö, operating under the supervision of two chefs from Saaremaa, Ranno Paukson and Martin Meikas. This place is constantly changing, but always offering pleasant surprises to its visitors. The character of Kaks Kokka is not defined by state borders or cardinal points - everything is based on good, fresh and mostly Estonian produce. Fish dishes dominate the menu.
